Forum Rules- Rules ONLY! No Posting Here!

If you would like to use my Forum, please consider all of my rules. Any violators will have their posts deleted or will be banned from writing. ________________________________________________________________ 1) If you are a guest member and you would like to join please do. I do not mind guests coming in and joining the forum as long as they come in and join after their second visit. All Guests are now required to join to post unfortunately. Due to unruly guests and posters who post the same thing multiple times, Guests can look and read but cannot post until joined. Sorry for all those kind guests out there. _________________________________________________________________ 2) Posts about people's locations, their user names on other sites, their posts on other sites, and of course any potential information that someone may not want posted cannot be posted. Unless you yourself are the owner of the username, or whichever site you are referring to a username this is not permitted and will therefore be deleted. It is a violation to do so even with permission unless you are posting your own username. this violation means that you will be reprimanded and will not be allowed to return until further notice. You do not have any business spreading people's information and so, I do not appreciate it. __________________________________________________________________ 3) Harassment is not tolerated. If any harassment is suspected or reported to me, you will be removed. Harassment is not appreciated and of course is a violation of this forum's policy. If you of course are joking between each other, please make sure to referance it as a joke, otherwise it may be mistaken as harassment. __________________________________________________________________ 4) Everyone will be treated equally. No one is "Bad" no one is "perfect". We are here to have fun. Unless someone has ripped you off and you can prove it, no accusations are to be made if there is a sale going on. You can leave a feedback miniature section to the forum for each seperate seller or buyer if necessary but no slanderish words, no cursing, and definitely no violence. It will not be tolerated. if you didn't like a seller, then don't buy again. if the seller happened to rip you off, please provide the proof. The seller will be banned. __________________________________________________________________ 5) If sales do occur, items must be legitimate. Your username must be next to each of the items you own pictured. If item is suspected to not be owned by you, It will most likely be removed. This is why the policy states to have a piece of paper either in front of or next to your item. This will prevent any suspected fraud. This will hopefully also help dowsize the fraudulent sellers that do occur unfortunately. If your name is not posted, Item will be removed. You will only be given one warning. __________________________________________________________________ 6) You can generally discuss multiple animes, but for this please create a new topic. if it has nothing to do with Sailor moon, a new topic is required to avoid any confusion. __________________________________________________________________ 7) Sales Pages Must be clearly marked. if you are selling Sailor moon items please make sure the topic is marked as Sailor moon items for Sale. if you are selling anime cels, please name the topic for what it is. A sales page for sales. So on and so forth. To avoid confusion, this must be done. you can even state "sailor moon cels for sale" or "Rurouni kenshin cels for saler" or something as simple as that. Depending on the anime this will help deter confusion and help easily guide people through the forum. __________________________________________________________________ 8) More rules can be updated at any point, so please check back here and there so any confrontation can be avoided. The updates will be added if new things come along or multiple reports about something have been made. __________________________________________________________________ 9) We are here to have fun. So the environment must stay fun and upbeat. If you had a sale go wrong, you can mention it through a new topic for whatever reason. However, you cannot post the names of anyone that has caused the issue EXCEPT through a PM if someone has asked you personally about it. Again no personal information is allowed even if it is posted through the internet or a public website. However if you deem it necessary, say if someone ripped you off and out of hundreds of dollars in one shot because you bought something expensive, Pm me about it, and I will decide whether or not to post it myself to avoid future confrontations. _________________________________________________________________ 10) You are permitted to post as many times as wanted per day however you cannot make the same exact post more than once or else it will be deleted. No one appreciates multiple posts unless it has been a long period of time and it has something to do with sales in which case, you remake the post to not look the same. __________________________________________________________________ 11)Last and final rule until otherwise stated, absolutely no pornographic content. You can speak of Hentai, you can talk of fantasies with characters but you cannot without any exceptions, post any "revealing" photos. If this occurs photos will be deleted and you will be given warning. It will not be tolerated. I do not mind photos that show "cleavage", however the person cannot be completely nude, revealing any sexual body parts, nor can it have any full out sexual content. Again discussions are ok, but pornographic photos, full out Hentai photos or anything of the sort cannot be tolerated. Though it can be discussed or RPed (RP preferrably in private if it is a must), it Must have an 18+ years old disclaimer in the title in case the topic goes out of control. RPs are preferred not to be seen unless in a subforum without any pictures whatsoever. Must have an 18+ years old disclaimer in the title and description. It can be a new topic if necessary, however the topic must remain ONLY in the new topic section where it is posted. Again no pictures are allowed of full out nudity or showing of parts. I do not mind the topics, however others might. Sorry to be such a bore about it but unfortunately I have my own set of rules to follow. __________________________________________________________________ 12) Any advertisements, posts off topic, or innapropriate things posted after clearly being stated here in the rules not to be posted will be deleted immediately. SO DON'T do IT!. I refuse to let bullies, people who don't listen to the rules and other into my forum where it is for a nice place for people to talk. If you are off topic make a new topic NOT in the Sailor Moon ONLY basket. You will be blocked and given no warning. i don't appreciate My forum being given horrible posts advertisements or off topic posts in the wrong area. Want to talk about something not in that section? make a new topic elsewhere under the Anime and video game only forum. Please make sure it has to deal with the topics listed. If you want a separate topic not listed, contact me before posting to make sure it is ok and I will mark as approved. If you make more than one topic don't make it millions. Don't repeat. You will have to go and remember I am able to block and refuse your addition to my page. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ I can work with everyone that joins. Everyone is welcome, however, if I feel there is a violation, do not be surprised if I send you a warning. One warning is all you will get before being suspended for a certain period of time. If it occurs again, this invokes a permanent ban. Guests are allowed, however if you have come in more than once it is preferred that you to join by username to avoid future inquiries as stated in rule number one. I will make no exceptions to the rules. They must be followed.
